Use a hands-on approach along with dynamic activities to engage learning in the classroom.ģ. Act as supervisor to students during classroom hours. Maintain/organize materials and equipment both inside and outside classroom. Prepare the classroom, equipment, training modules, materials, etc. Deliver technical training to material management personnel for all three shifts: Use eLearning tools to develop online courses, processes, simulations, and assessments.Ģ. Create project plans and manages multiple priorities with multiple deadlines. Work closely with subject matter experts to create instructor/student guides, classroom slides, eLearning, performance support tools and evaluations. Design and develop curricula for all employees within Material Management: Applications will be reviewed every two weeks. This position will be posted continuous until filled. The incumbent is also responsible for the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training for all employees within Material Management. The Instructional Designer, in the Metro Transit Material Management department, will follow instructional design and adult learning principles to develop engaging learning solutions (ILT, eLearning, micro learning, mobile, etc.) that will enhance the skills and competencies of Metro Transit’s Material Management Department Staff.
